These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.bestatozenterprises.com (the “Site”) and our services, including the purchase of products and booking of appliance repair/installation. By using our Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. General
- A to Z Enterprises is located at Shop No. 7, Billawali, Near Labour Chowk, Opp. Himuda Apartment, Baddi, Himachal Pradesh – 173205.
- We reserve the right to update these Terms without prior notice. Updated Terms will be posted on this page.
2. Products & Services
- We sell RO spare parts, AC spare parts, water treatment chemicals, home appliances, and accessories.
- We also provide installation, maintenance, and repair services for RO systems, ACs, and other appliances.
- All product descriptions and prices are provided in good faith, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors.
3. Orders & Payments
- Orders can be placed online or by contacting us directly.
- Full payment is required before product dispatch or service confirmation.
- Payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways. We do not store complete card details.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Products are shipped within the estimated delivery time mentioned during checkout.
- Delivery times may vary due to location, product availability, or courier delays.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.
5. Service Appointments
- Service appointments are scheduled based on technician availability.
- Customers must ensure access to the location and provide accurate service details.
- If the customer is not available at the scheduled time, a re-visit charge may apply.
6. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, undamaged products in original packaging.
- Electrical items, filters, membranes, and other consumables are non-returnable once used.
- Service charges are non-refundable once the work is completed.
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
7. Warranties
- Warranty terms vary by product and manufacturer; details will be provided at the time of purchase.
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not include damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or normal wear & tear.
- For services, we offer a limited warranty period as communicated at the time of work.
8. Limitation of Liability
- We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
- We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, transport delays, etc.).
9. Intellectual Property
- All content on this Site (text, images, graphics, logos) is the property of A to Z Enterprises and may not be reproduced without permission.
10. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Solan, Himachal Pradesh.
